What is the return policy?
At Dolliette, each unit is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before leaving the Dollhaus.
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of wigs and lace products, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Wigs are personal wear items. Once handled, tried on, or altered, they can no longer be guaranteed as unworn.
